To change file extension on Android is really easy, what you have to do is just install a file manager app on your device. Most of the file manager apps available on Play store support renaming extensions like File manager, Astro File Manager, ES File Explorer, and X-plore Filemanager etc.
Install one of these file manager apps. Once installed, open the app and navigate to the filefor which you want to change its extension. Long press on the file name and select ‘Edit/Rename’. Change the file extension and tap ‘OK’.
